Origin Story

When EUDR came into force and FSMA 204 timelines hardened, the industry needed a platform that could handle GS1 EPCIS 2.0 compliance, GDST key data elements, multi-BU data isolation, and sub-second ingredient tree queries at enterprise scale.

Haru is our real office Akita. Her name means "Spring Beauty" in Japanese, which is accurate on the days she chooses to be decorative rather than chaotic.

She does not manage supply chains. She does not review certifications. She does not understand EUDR. She does understand biscuits, cable management, and the precise moment a compliance presentation loses its audience.

She is the benchmark for our brand voice. If Haru would find it boring, we rewrite it.
