Verdara (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an independent early-stage enterprise SaaS platform for supply chain traceability, developed in the context of global animal nutrition supply chain operations.
This Privacy Policy applies to verdara.app. It explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. It does not currently apply to customer data processed in the Verdara platform itself (we will provide separate DPAs and data processing terms when we launch commercial service).
Effective Date: April 2026. We will notify you of material changes to this policy by email or prominent notice.

We collect minimal personal data. We only process what is necessary to respond to your inquiry and improve our website.
2.1 Demo Request Data (Lawful Basis: Legitimate Interest)
When you submit a demo request form, we collect:

- Job title (to route your inquiry appropriately)
- Phone number (optional, for direct contact)
Lawful basis: We process this data based on legitimate interest (to respond to your inquiry and assess product-market fit).
2.2 Website Analytics Data (Lawful Basis: Legitimate Interest)
We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to measure website usage and improve user experience. We collect:
- Pages visited and time spent per page
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- General location (country/region level only, not exact location)
- Referral source (how you found us)
IP addresses are anonymized and are not stored. This data is not linked to demo request data.
2.3 Cookies
We use only essential cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use tracking, advertising, or preference cookies. No third-party cookies are set on this website.
